Refund policy

Due to the curated and surprise nature of our bundles, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Duplicate items received in separate orders
  • Opened consumable products
