Luna & Friends Mystery Boxes – Refund & Return Policy

At Luna & Friends, every mystery box is hand-curated with love and care. Because of the surprise nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.

However, we will always make it right if:

• Your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
   
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery at sandra@petparentmysterybox.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
   

Once approved, we will issue either a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   
• Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted.
