Orders & Shipping

• Each box is hand-packed. Standard processing is 5–7 business days, with additional time for custom or video orders.
   
• We ship within the U.S. only (for now).
   

Product Variations
Each mystery box is unique. While themes and item counts are guaranteed, exact contents will vary. Photos are examples only.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except in the case of damaged or incorrect orders (see Refund Policy).

Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and product names on this site belong to Luna & Friends Mystery Boxes and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by third-party carriers once items are shipped.
