Our goal is to get your mystery box shipped as quickly as possible while ensuring every detail is perfect.

  • Standard Mystery Boxes: Usually ship within 5 – 7 business days after your order is placed.
     
  • Custom / Breed-Specific Bundles: Because these are personalized and curated to order, please allow 10 – 14 business days for processing.
     
  • TikTok Feature Video Add-Ons: If you selected a TikTok video option, video processing may extend fulfillment time by an additional 3 – 5 business days.
     

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.
